theme_boost: Tabs are not displayed properly on small screens

      On a small screen tabs are not displayed properly.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Site administration page and reduce screen size.
      2. You will observe the tabs are not displayed properly.
      3. Same issue appears on gradebook.
