theme_boost: hide navbar on site home and dashboard pages

      The navbar on Site home and Dashboard pages

      • doesn't do anything useful
      • looks bad with the logo
      • takes up space

      We should just hide them in this theme from those two pages / and /my and hopefully also reclaim the space they took up (even when editing is turned on).
