In firefox (sorry chrome has terrible support for css printing directives). ALSO SAFARI!!!

Go to quiz review page and see print preview.

There should be no flat nav, or settings cog. Each question should not be broken over 2 pages (unless it's really long).

Steps to reproduce:

Create a quiz with several questions (at least 3) displayed on one page and
When using Boost theme make sure that the navigation is toggled so it is not visible
Click browser print option to see print priview.
