theme_boost: Quiz navigation not shown when quiz is set to display in a full-screen popup

      Steps to replicate:

      1. Create a quiz with few questions
      2. Set quiz setting: browser security to 'Full screen pop-up with some JavaScript security'.
      3. Attempt quiz as user in clean theme and in boost theme
        • In clean theme "Quiz navigation" block is shown
        • In boost theme "Quiz navigation" block is not shown
