While looking at MDL-55324 I noticed that our dialogues in atto are very inconsistent.

Question 1: Do we want to add "URL" everywhere? How many people actually know what URL stands for? Are we sure we are helping people who want to manually insert the URL or we are confusing people who do not know what URL stands for?

Question 2: Can we use similar labels / buttons? We use verbs "insert", "save" and "create". Should really be one verb in all cases. Also since this dialogue appears both for inserting and updating a link/image/media, the verb should be something universal (for example "save")
