Enable RSS feeds
Go to another users course profile
View their course blogs.
Verify there is a link to the RSS feed on the page.
Copy the url to the feed. Login as the other user and blog in the course (add the blogs block)
View the feed url and verify there is a new entry.

Enable RSS feeds on Site administration > Advanced features
Log in as student
Go to another user's profile and view their blog.
In Clean theme you will observer Blog RSS feed link under User > {User name} > Blogs
In Boost there is no way to find that link.
