XML question format encodes category name, but the the info description so that it is lost in the process of exporting and importing in another course.
To reproduce
#Create course with question bank and category that has a info field not empty.
#export the category to an XML file.
#delete or rename original category,

1. import the XML file to the question bank,
2. edit the category and check the info field.
   Expected result: info matches original value
   Actual result: field is empty
