Create a course with some students enrolled.

Into the course, create an assignment with "Marking guide" grading method.

Create a marking guide for the assignment (one criterion at least).

As a teacher, go to the new grading interface of the assignment.

Zoom in Grading region using the "expanding arrows" icon.

Confirm that the popout has background and all elements are inside the window.

Also the floating buttons are positioned out of the popout.
One more thing, the controller is adding more "Popout buttons" than are necessary.
