Testing Instructions:
1. Nightly tests should be enough... as we run it on php 5.6 and php 7.0
2. or run admin/tool/behat/tests/behat/nasty_strings.feature with php 5.6 and php7.x

While working on ~~MDL-55522~~, it was observed that behat transformations are applied in different order on php 5.x and php 7.x and cause different results to dataset.

Keep track of https://github.com/Behat/Behat/issues/959 and update to behat fixed version.
