Log in as a student.

Go to your messages.

Click on contacts.

View the profile for a contact.

Confirm that there is not a 'View profile' link.

Confirm that there is not a 'View messages' link.

Confirm that there is a 'Send message' link.

Confirm when you hover over the user's profile picture it says 'Picture for <nameofuser>'.

Confirm clicking on the image takes you to their profile.

Confirm clicking on 'Send message' takes you to the message page for that user.

When I search for a user
And select that user to open their contact information card
I expect a clear way to send them a message

At the moment we have a View messages link, but no Send message.
This is confusing if I have never messaged this user before.
