      User can select date time even when field is disabled
      Go to forum edit page
      Expand ratings
      Observe datetime field is disabled. (From and To)
      Click on calendar icon and calendar should not popup.
      You should not be able to change the values in the disabled date fields.

      1. Go to forum edit page
      2. Expand ratings
      3. Observe datetime field is disabled. (From and To)
      4. Click on calendar icon and calendar pops up.
      5. Select a day and you can see field values are updated.
