When clicking on drag&drop activity icon the names of activities are displayed incorrectly

      1. Log in as an admin.
      2. Create a new empty course C1.
      3. Navigate to the recently created course C1.
      4. Turn editing on.
      5. Click the link " Add an activity or resource" in the first section.
      6. Add three forum activities F1, F2 and F3.
      7. Navigate to course page.
      8. Click on the "move resource" link , present next to F3.
      9. A popup dialogue opens, listing the locations you can move it to

      EXPECTED: You should be able to move it to the start of the section, or after activity F1. (Or to other sections)

      BEFORE THIS FIX: The list included activity F1 twice (one of those links didn't work). Additionally, it included moving it after F2, even though that is its current location.

      The 'move link dialogue' in the course page shows repeated activities.

      Steps to replicate

      1. Log in as an admin.
      2. Create a course C1.
      3. Navigate to the recently created course C1.
      4. Turn the editing on.
      5. Click the link " Add an activity or resource" in the current week.
      6. Add the forum activity F1,F2 and F3.
      7. Navigate to course page.
      8. Click on the "move resource" link , present next to F3.
      9. A popup dialogue opens, with all the activities in the course.
      10. Activity F1 is repeated twice.
      11. Duplicate forum activity F1 link doesn't work .

      This issue can be replicated in moodle test enviroment with below url,
