Teacher logs in as a particular student and goes to view a quiz as that student. Then when teacher goes to view the activity report (outline) teacher's accessing that quiz is listed as the time of last activity, rather than the student's real access. Doesn't seem to be happening with the resource module so I am guessing this is a quiz issue. I found it in 1.5 but could still exist in 1.6
