Currently courses must be manually transitioned from hidden (only visible to managers and enrolled teachers) to shown (visible to all users). At an institution where hundreds of courses must be made visible on the same day this makes for a hectic day!

Is it possible to add an option to automatically make courses become visible on a specified date? Ideally, this should be linkable to start date setting (e.g., make visible 1 week before start date make hidden 15 weeks after start date).
