This is a follow up issue, specifically created to address the lack of an entry in the recycle bin during the minute or so between creating the task, and when the deletion task runs and completes. Right now, the recycle bin entry isn't created until the task runs and the modules are backed up fully.

Suggest adding another hook in the deletion process allowing the recycle bin (and other plugins) a chance to do something at the point of scheduling a module or section for deletion.
