Access grading interface using mobile device (mobile site, not mobile app) Create a comment annotation on an assignment, using the new grading interface. Choose the 'select' tool and try to drag the comment around. Confirm that the page does not scroll and that the comment can be smoothly moved. Try to scroll the page when not in select mode. Confirm that this is still possible.
