Add language data attributes to langmenu items

      1. Add at least two languages to your Moodle system
      2. Use Clean or More themes (based on bootstrapbase)
      3. From the frontpage, open the language menu from the main toolbar
      4. "Inspect element" of either language menu items, and make sure they have a data-lang attribute with "two_English_letters_langcode" and that the current selected language have another attribute: data-current-lang=1

      While trying to make some user UI tutorials/tours (using local_usertour) I find a need to have relevant classes for each of the languages (menu items) in the langmenu.
