In most areas in which there is a text editor a user can upload a file, for example, adding images in a label.

Currently Global search does not search file content that is uploaded in a text area.

Some security concerns is that we need to be sure to only index content that is visible to a user, not just files that are attached to the area but not linked/displayed (so not indexing what are considered "unused files").
