If a competency is added to an activity within a course, there are four options for what can happen when the activity is completed:

• Do nothing (fine)
• Attach evidence (It's not obvious how this works or where the evidence is displayed.)
• Send for review. (This works but is not particuarly useful since all the manager can do is look at the activity. If the manager manually rates the competency from the review screen, it is not reflected within the course and causes confusion.)
• Complete the competency. (fine)

Assuming these four options are intended to appear upon activity completion, we need at the very least a help pop up to explain what happens with each of them. (Note there is no help pop up for this drop down for course completion either, in Course administration>Competencies.)
