Quiz behat fails when run with oracle db

      run following feature with oracle:
      question/type/multichoice/tests/behat/export.feature

      NOTE: you can use docker oracle image if required.
      docker run -d --name oracle -p 49160:22 -p 1521:1521 -e ORACLE_ALLOW_REMOTE=true rajeshtaneja/oracle-xe-11g
