undefined steps are not recognized by Moodle Behat Extension 3.31.1

      1. In blocks/html/tests/behat/course_block.feature modify the steps and "And I set the field" to day "And I change the field"
      2. Run behat with above feature
      3. Make sure you see one undefined feature and 2 undefined steps in the output (like this): 

        6 scenarios (5 passed, 1 undefined)
        		 
        88 steps (75 passed, 2 undefined, 11 skipped)

      While reviewing MDL-54004, it is observed that undefined steps are not recognized by moodle-behat-extension 3.31.1

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Modify any feature file with a step which is not defined.
      2. Run behat and it will pass/fail without pointing that step is undefined.
