Sub header on forum post and discussion page should should contains the user's picture and name

      1. Enrol two users in a course
      2. With one of them create a new post, and a new discussion
      3. View the course profile of both users, then head to view their posts and discussions
      4. Confirm that the user sub-header is displayed on the four pages
        • The posts/discussions of the user without any
        • The posts/discussions of the user without one

      When forum post and discussion is for user in course context then page should contain subheader with user name and picture as it is visible on other pages like

      1. View all blog entries
      2. Notes
      3. Today's logs
      4. All logs
      5. Outline report
      6. Complete report

      Replication steps:

      1. Go to a course with some participants and atleast 1 participants who has a forum post
      2. Click on Participants link and then user link who has a forum post.
      3. Click on Forum posts/ Forum discussions.
      4. Forum post don't have a user picture and name in sub header.
      5. Click on Participants link and then user link who doesn't have a forum post.
      6. Click on Forum posts/ Forum discussions.
      7. Forum post page have a user picture and name in sub header.

      This page should be consistent, similar to blog post.
