Test set up Log in as a teacher (or admin) Create a course Enrol a few users in the course Create an assignment and set the grading method to "Marking guide" (it's in the "Grade" section) View the assignment and create a new marking guide and add some frequently used comments to it Old grading interface Log in as a teacher (or admin) View the assignment you created above Click the "view all submissions" button, you should be taken to a list of enrolled users Click the "edit" dropdown in one of the user rows and select "update grade" Add a frequently used comment by clicking the button. Make sure you can open / close it multiple times and each time it still adds the comment as expected. Finish grading the user New grading interface Log in as a teacher (or admin) View the assignment you created above Click the "grade" button You should be taken to the new grading interface (the fancy full page ajaxy one) Select a user that hasn't been graded and grade them. Make sure you add a frequently used comment by clicking the button and selecting one from the popup dialog After grading the first user, select another user (using the navigation up the top right) Repeat the grading step for this use, confirming that the frequently used comments still work (the popup opens and clicking the comment adds them to the grade panel).
