The header of the new grading assignment interface seems incorrect compared with LTR languages.

The change user input and the course name part gets aligned more to the center. Also I think in that case the course part doesn't need to be RTL.

Just noticed when resizing the user icon is separated from his name, so we have the icon on the right side and the user name on the left side.
