The "calendar_site_timeformat" option have "24-hour" as value in my site.

I installed recently the latest stable release, Moodle 3.0.2+ (Build: 20160225), and now the datetime appear incorrectly in some places. Example:

Appear fine in Upcomming Events block:

But not in Grading Summary table (mod_assign):

Any one have a idea?

PD: I updated the lang pack, I tested with default theme (clean) and nothing changed.
