Link the evidence to the competency of one learning plan. Go in each learning and click on the competency. You must see the evidence you have created. Go back to the list of learning plans and complete one of them. Status become complete. Add an other evidence of prior learning plan. Link the evidence to the competency of one learning plan. Go to the learning plan completed and click on the competency. You must see only the first evidence. Go to the learning plan not completed and click on the competency. You must see both evidences.
