As system administrator, create one new system level badge (Site administration / ► Badges / ► Add a new badge), and fill ALL the details. Switch language to any one of the RTL languages (i.e Hebrew) Navigate to manage badges (Site administration / ► Badges / ► Manage badges) Make sure Name and Conditions columns are right aligned.
