In the calendar widget (examples: in assignment, quiz, course settings), it seems there is no french translation for the months' name. The reason for this is because it is hardcoded in English. I've checked into AMOS in hopes of finding a component for this, but there is none.

Also, I wasn't sure if this is a bug or an improvement issue. Either way, it's a minor issue of course.
