      Problem:
Student automatically gets a grade for a lesson, even if the open questions are not graded yet. If there are only open questions, this automatically results in a minimum grade.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Make a new lesson
      • Add an essay question
      • Make the test as student
      • Check your grade book
      • There you will have the minimum grade (0)

      Expected behavior:
The lesson should remain ungraded, until the open question is actually graded by the teacher.
