I detected that when sending a message over the Moodle internal message system, an atto editor is presented to the user but the drag and drop into it is not possible.
It's also not possible to upload pictures, only to link to pictures that lie on a URL.

Even it might be intended that no pictures can be included or attached, nevertheless it might be really confusing for the user who is used to drag and drop pictures into the atto editor facing the fact that in this special case the drag and drop is not working.
It's not visible to the user that this function won't work in this special case.

Is it really intended to be limited that way?
