Testing Instructions:
1. Check behat chrome status on nightly

In ~~MDL-50163~~ because of switch window "Preview a question using the mouse." started failing.
It was fixed by adding a 2 sec delay in

question/type/ddmarker/tests/behat/preview.feature
question/type/ddimageortext/tests/behat/preview.feature

but it was not added to question/type/ddwtos/tests/behat/preview.feature

Because of above it started failing randomly on nightly.
