Shockwave Flash media player fullscreen doesn't work

      Prerequisites

      1. Ensure that the enabletrusttext setting is active
      2. Ensure your user has the permission moodle/site:trustcontent

      Testing

      1. Get an .swf file that has a full screen option (use the one attached to this issue)
      2. Go to a course and add a file resource
      3. Under "Content" add the file previously downloaded
      4. Press "save and display"
      5. Ensure you see the SWF and upon pressing the "Toggle Full Screen" button, the SWF displays in full screen mode

      The core_media_player_swf class outputs an embedded Flash player without the allowfullscreen option, so if the Flash content provides a full screen option, browsers generally prevent this from working.

      A good example of this is the Planet eStream plugin (https://moodle.org/plugins/view/repository_planetestream) which loads a video player with a visible full screen option, but the button doesn't work.
