Activity and course completion reports have ugly bullets

      1. Enable completion in advanced features
      2. Add a new course - in settings enable completion tracking
      3. Enrol a user
      4. Add an activity and set the activity completion to 'Students can manually mark the activity as completed'
      5. In Course administration > Course completion add a condition on completing the above activity
      6. Go to Course administration > Reports > Course completion
      7. VERIFY: the Download in [..] format links at the bottom do not have bullet points
      8. Go to Course administration > Reports > Activity completion
      9. VERIFY: the Download in [..] format links at the bottom do not have bullet points

      Small detail noticed while testing something else, but the sort of thing which makes Moodle look amatuerish.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add a new course - in settings enable completion tracking
      2. Enrol a user
      3. Add an activity and set the activity completion to 'Students can manually mark the activity as completed'
      4. In Course administration > Course completion add a condition on completing the above activity
      5. Go to Course administration > Reports > Course completion
      6. Examine the download links
      7. Go to Course administration > Reports > Activity completion
      8. Examine the download links

      Expected results:
      The download links do not have ugly bullets

      Actual results:
