As teachers not always read the Help & Instructions & Tutorials, it leads to teachers getting stuck after completing the "Setup stage" and unable to figure out that they need to click the "Submission phase" bulb icon to enable this phase for the students.

To workaround it, we changed the translation of the "Submission phase" to include some instructions for the teacher along the lines of "Submission phase (Please click the bulb icon to start this phase)", but it looks funny/weird and also distorts the UI.

What I am suggesting is to add a new translation string at the end of the "Setup phase" that clearly instruct the teachers to click the submission phase bulb when they wish to start it.
