With MDL-30674 the guest enrolment options were cleaned from the course settings UI and from 3.0 and upwards they only can be handled from the "enrolment methods" UI.

The original issue did move some of the behat uses to the new UI but it seems that we missed one, still pointing to the old course settings UI.

That has caused master to consistently fail in the feature: "Expand the courses nodes within the navigation block"
