MOODLE_28_STABLE, MOODLE_29_STABLE
After the work in MDL-35918 it seems there are still a couple of issues remaining with screen readers.
aaron.page@mso.umt.edu reported continued issues with JAWS and NVDA using IE. The problem is:
In IE I had a slightly different result, at least with the add activity or source modal. Both JAWS and NVDA would announce the word "false" prior to the start of the modal. I also found that if any math content was displayed in any topic the math content would still be visible to JAWS after the modal has become visible. I replicated this behaviour on two different machines running JAWS 16 and IE 11.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add math content to any topic (I used "a^2+b^2=c^2)
2. Start JAWS and go to add activity or resource from any topic (does not need to be the same topic as the math content)
3. Press CTRL+Home and then arrow down, you will encounter the equation , then the word "false", then begin to read the modal contents.
