Discussion navigation scenarios fail randomly

      1. Run following behat scenario in a loop and make sure it pass all the time.
        "A user can navigate between discussions with visible groups"

      Continuing on from MDL-51285, the other scenarios that check neighbour links that had the @javascript tags removed also randomly fail.
