Quiz statistics fail after changing multichoice question

      This is like MDL-51147, but affecting multichoice questions, not match questions.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. create a quiz
      2. add a multichoice question with 4 choices
      3. attempt the quiz as a student
      4. delete the third choice
      5. go to Results -> Statistics

      Expected result: the report runs.

      Acutal result: fatal error.
