Grade Export Fields - needs lastnamephonetic,firstnamephonetic option

      Added "lastnamephonetic,firstnamephonetic" to the grade export fields in Moodle->Grades->General settings but no joy upon export. The fields are not included in the excel spreadsheet. This is a feature request.
