Change from Forced to Auto subscription mode not reflecting subscribers

      The workaround is to switch the subscription mode from 'Forum settings' rather than from 'Forum administration' block.

      1. Create a forum with Forced subscription
      2. Check the subscribers (should be all)
      3. Change the subscription mode to "Auto subscription" in "Forum administration" block
      4. Check the subscribers (should be all there)

      Forum subscribers are not updated when a forum with 'Forced subscription' mode is changed to 'Auto subscription'. It only says that 'everyone is subscribed', but in fact the subscribers list is empty. The Subscribers are only updated when the mode is switched from 'Edit settings' view, but aren't from 'Forum admin' block.
