View the third party libs and confirm Bootstrap is set to v2.3.2

log in as admin -> site administration > development > third party libraries

Using the clean theme browse around the moodle site and try a few different things. Checking that the styling looks correct. Try changing the size of the browser windows to trigger responsive styling.

I don't know how realistic this is, but there is a bootstrap 2.3.2.
