I would like to be able to have manually enrolled users only receive email notifications warning them of an upcoming enrolment expiration date.

Currently through all my searching of documentation, forums, and settings, if I want to have manually enrolled users receive notifications when they are about to expire, I have to send the notification emails to both the enrolled user and the enroller. What this means currently is that our teachers are getting emails whenever a student in one of their courses is approaching the expiration date. Sounds okay, but our teachers are getting dozens of emails a day that they do not need.

Can we add a setting to manual enrolment to send notifications to Enrolled user only?
