Hello all,

I am going to do my best at explaining what is happening here. I updated moodle to the latest version about a month ago and since then I have not been able to manage blocks or add actives from the front page, or main menu. I am logged in as ADMIN. Once I navigate out side the URL.com/ to url.com/admin I see the option to turn blocks editing on and I can also use the profile drop down.

I have tried switching/checking permissions, uninstalling recently added plugins. The only thing that seems to work is reverting to an old back up from April which is also version 2.8.

I have read through countless threads with out any luck on the matter. ANY HELP is greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!
