When using the More theme -

• Turn editing on in a course and then go to an assignment,Quick Grading screen. The "Add a block" block appears on the left side (taking up prime real estate) of the screen forcing the other content to the right. This causes the content to jump continuously when grading actual students file. It makes grading very difficult for faculty.
• Turn editing on in a course and then go to an Grades, Grader report. The "Add a block" block appears on the left side (taking up prime real estate) of the screen forcing unnecessary scrolling.

A better alternative would be to allow the "Add a block" block to be docked/moved.
