Using Moodle 2.9 and Chrome browser, Select Clean or More theme and make sure there is no Logo added in the page header.

Go to your profile page.

If not already docked then dock a block.

Select the top docked block to view the contents.

Verify that the open docked block contents covers the Avatar displayed on the page beneath it.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to your dashboard or profile page in 2.9
Dock a block
Hover your cursor over that docked block to see its contents and perhaps to undock it
You will see the large profile image is on top of the block, affecting visibility.
