Filters not applied to rubric text

      • Set up Moodle with at least another language pack.
      • Install a filter plugin which allows language dependent display like multilang or multilang2, have the filter activated.
      • In a course, create an assignment with "Grading method": "rubric". Save and display.
      • In the next page, click the "Define new grading form from scratch" button.
      • Give the rubric the name <span class="multilang" lang="en">Multilang rubric en</span><span class="multilang" lang="ru">Multilang rubric ru</span>
      • Give the description <p><span lang="en" class="multilang">Rubric filter description en</span><span lang="ru" class="multilang">Rubric filter description ru</span></p> (to do this, switch the Atto editor to edit HTML beforehand.
      • Give the criterion <span lang="en" class="multilang">Rubric filter criterion en</span><span lang="ru" class="multilang">Rubric filter criterion ru</span>
      • Set the levels to <span lang="en" class="multilang">Rubric filter level 0 en</span><span lang="ru" class="multilang">Rubric filter level 0 ru</span>,
        <span lang="en" class="multilang">Rubric filter level 1 en</span><span lang="ru" class="multilang">Rubric filter level 1 ru</span> and
        <span lang="en" class="multilang">Rubric filter level 2 en</span><span lang="ru" class="multilang">Rubric filter level 2 ru</span>
      • Save rubric and make it ready.
      • On the next page, click the "Grade" button.
      • Cross check the rubrics are displayed without multilang tags and in english only.
      • Switch language and cross check again.

      Set up an assignment, use rubric for grading.
      Set up rubric with some text that should be filtered eg glossary entry, and save.
      Ensure appropriate filters are turned on
      Go to grade an assignment - the rubric text for the criteria is not passed through the filters
