My badges have an unnecessary fieldset

      On badges/mybadges.php, confirm that there is no fieldset around the my badges and external badges section of the page

      On badges/mybadges.php, confirm that there is no fieldset around the my badges and external badges section of the page

      When looking at the my badges page there is a fieldset that contains all of "My badges" and one containing the backpack badges. These are not valid uses of fieldsets and should be changed to divs
