When using the single-entry view for a database activity users see page navigation just above and below each entry. Depending on theme, the contrast between the current page number and the links to other pages can be very low. This is so in Clean, for instance.

      To recreate the problem:

      1. Create a database activity and add a couple entries
      2. View individual records by clicking on "View single"
      3. The difference between the current page and links to other pages in the page navigation ought to be prominent, but instead it is subtle

I propose that we adjust the font-weight and / or the text-decoration of the current page indicator so that it stands out more clearly from the links to other pages.
