Unable to drag Glossary filter popup alert window

      1. Enable site-wide glossary autolinking
      2. Create module a glossary in a course
      3. Add new entry to the glossary and enable "This entry should be automatically linked"
      4. Create another module(page for example) and use "concept" word in module content
      5. Make sure the concept word is clickable and the popup displays with the definition of concept word after clicking
      6. Make sure the popup is draggable all over the page, so it does not block any information

      In courses where automatic linking is enabled to glossary concepts...
      Clicking a glossary "concept" link on the page, that was generated by the glossary filter, popup an "Alert" window (YUI overlay?) which displayed over the link and surrounding content. The popup prevents the user from reading both the content and its surrounding content and the information inside the popup window, in parallel.

      I am unable to drag the popup and view both the original link that activated the popup and the content of the popup.
