Display 'You have lessons that need attention' when more relevant to teachers

      The information displayed to teachers by the lesson module only displays completed attempts in lessons that have at least 1 question type.
      This should be improved for teachers to include the following information:

      • The number of attempts for Lessons that do not contain any question pages
      • The number of ungraded essay questions contained in that Lesson.
